This newly opened trek takes you to the unspoiled and virgin lands of Wakhan Corridor that lies between Pakistan and Tajikistan. It was much in use during the Great Game. There are many unclimbed peaks above 6000m beckoning climbers. It is an undisturbed unpolluted region of the country visited by few tourists. You also visit the summer pastures in the Chupursan valley.


Trip Itinerary:

Day 01            Arrival in Islamabad.  Welcome reception. Hotel.
Day 02            Fly to Gilgit or drive to Besham in case of flight cancellation. Hotel.
Day 03            Drive to Hunza either from Gilgit or Besham. Hotel.
Day 04            Drive to Sost and by jeeps continue to Raminji. Tent.
Day 05            Trek Raminji to Phurzin. Tent.
Day 06            Walk to Hapagurchi. Tent.
Day 07            Hapagurchi to Lupghar. Tent.
Day 08            Trek Lupghar to Gharkil. Tent.
Day 09            Gharkil to Lupgar Pir . Tent.
Day 10            Lupgar Pir to Wyeen. Tent.
Day 11            Wyeen to Kit-ke-zherav, the summer pasture of Chupursan valley. Tent.
Day 12            Day free for exploration. Tent.
Day 14            Drive to Karimabad. Hotel.
Day 15            Day free for sightseeing. Hotel.
Day 16            Return drive to Gilgit. Hotel.
Day 17            Fly to Islamabad or drive to Besham in case of flight cancellation. Hotel.
Day 18            Farewell meeting or complete road journey to Islamabad. Hotel.
Day 19            Drive to airport for homebound flight.
